Title: 26203H Victoria
Description: 2021 Would like to introduce myself as a very soon to be E9 owner as I have recently locked in the purchsse of this 3.0 CSL that has had some hot rod work done with a 3.5 and a 5 speed. Original engine block included but I will be keeping the car as it is as its been bought to be enjoyed and driven. The thought of restoring it to original spec may be a project for down the road after I have enjoyed it for a few years first. Thanks to the assistance of a number of members on this page who I reached out to and were incredibly helpful in guiding me, and help me pry this car from the current owner (Bill Rama who I believe is also on this page, and one of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of buying a car from) who has owned the car since 1997. This one is fulfilling a childhood dream of mine of owning a CSL and will be used regularly alongside my slightly more modern E92 M3 GTS. Car will, fingers crossed, be shipped across from Victoria to Western Australia within the next week or two. Thanks to the members who helped me with guidance including Peter Meyer and Nick Coetzee , to Adam Garth for helping put the master plan in place and remind me that he had found something interesting when I started looking at UK sales, as well as helping me make space in the garage for the CSL by selling two of my other cars, @Steve Garth for getting Bill to agree to sell it, and finally to Bill Rama for selling me his baby!
