This 1972 CSL is a verified lightweight model but has a bad partial color change and has been sitting in storage since the late 80’s. It retains the special alloy panels but most of the CSL-specific interior and trim parts are long gone. The car has been in California for a long time and still wears a personalized blue plate, and the factory Fjord Blue color still shown on the trunk and inner fenders is quite desirable. Find it here on eBay in Burbank, California.
The chrome fender trim was original on the CSL’s, and the rear fender antenna and massive stereo was a great idea around the same time the color choice was made. The rear fog is a nice Euro touch and the hood and trunk gaps look reasonably good in the photos.
