Comment 2015: Restaured by Scuderia Sportiva Colonia (Facebook) Comments circa 201X: This BMW 3.0 CSL was produced in 1972 by BMW AG with the ltitle M-AH 109. The renowned BMW tuner GS (Gerhard Schneider) developed the car further up to a power increase to 230 hp. This GS-CSL was a test car in the BMW Tuner Compare Auto, Motor & Sport in 1972 before it was acquired in 1975 by a private collector. GS CSL developed only 2 cars. The sister car is a BMW 2800 CS 2203431 who was a class winner at the Targa Florio 1973rd. This car is carbureted. BMW original certificate is available! It could be determined only 3 previous owners (2 of father + son). It is in excellent condition and has German papers. This car has never been used in motor sport. It is equipped with racing seats, racing port cage, Tripp Master, plexiglas, lightweight doors and hood, 3 times carburetor system, limited slip differential, large leaf plant ("Batmobile") and BMW Schnitzer flares. This car can be used with little investment, now in the historic racing. History: BMW 3.0 CSL original GS (Gerhard Schneider) now pictured from Jochen Seelhammer. Body restored from Scartapatti. Motor, Gearbox and Interieur done from Scuderia Sportiva Colonia. A real jewel and participant in the legendary AMS test "5 Muskeltiere".
