History:

• 2018: part of large private collection. The car underwent significant and complete bare metal restoration in the early 90's in Melbourne by its then owner who is a well know car collector. No expense was spared to make this the best E9 in the country at the time and in 2018 remains arguably one of the best examples available in the world. Once completed the CSL entered the world of museum quality display and was invited to be part of BMW Australia's display at their corporate Headquarters in Mulgrave Victoria. Coming complete with a wealth of invoices spanning the years, the complete tool set, owners manuals, press cuttings, together with details of awards and accolades awarded to the car.
