Collector owned and cared for, the BMW 3.0 CSL’s with their brilliant racing heritage and sublime driving dynamics are some of the finest and best performing racing homologation specials available.
Below 2008 description from VSOC: Alloy doors and trunk and bonnet. Chassisnr. 2275047 is formerly a Swiss car, now EC registered. Little of this car's history is known to us but we have a copy of the former Swiss registration. In 1993 this particular car was owned by a Mr Eltschinger of Isone Switzerland. In 2007 it was registered in Belgium. The car shows well although could use some love and care. It shows an older repaint. The engine and gearbox perform strong and the car drives well. In the current ownership the car has been serviced with fresh fluids, but has seen little use. This CSL is a special car which has many deleted functions to make the car lighter; no electric windows, non moving rear side windows, alloy panels, safety catches on engine lid, thinner roof etc. This rare car comes with Belgian registration documents and is ready for inspection by appointment only!
